Stress & anxiety are everywhere.
If they’re getting the best of you, you might want to hit the mat and give yoga a try.
Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation.
Yoga may help
* reduce stress, 
* lower blood pressure
* lower
 your heart rate.

Here is an opportunity for PSW members to participate in a gentle form of yoga in a calm and non-competitive atmosphere.
We will be practicing DRU Yoga, a gentle, graceful form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, performed with awareness to the body and the breath.

You do not have to be fit and flexible to participate in DRU Yoga. Postures and movements are modified to suit your own ability.

We will begin with of a warm up and ease into a sequence of movements, aimed at releasing tensions in the body and then practice some yoga postures. We will finish with a 15 minute relaxation.

Start Time: 2:00 pm
Finish Time: 3:15 pm
Venue: West Epping Uniting Church, 161 Carlingford Road Epping (Corner Carlingford Road and Orchard Street)
Maximum no. of attendees:   20                        
What to bring / wear: Comfortable clothes; a yoga mat or something similar.
Cost: A small charge to cover the hire of the hall. Pay on the day
         $5 – $10 (depending on the number of participants.)
