Where: Angela’s at Girraween pic of a frog in a pond

Program:         9:30 am: General safety talk and site orientation.

11:00 am: Morning tea (15 minutes)
1:00 pm: Lunch

Scope of works: (Building your understanding of permaculture principles via practical skills)

  • Remove old clam-shell pond and replace with plastic lined pond. This is a great opportunity to learn how to design a pond that creates its own natural ecosystem and does not need artificial pumps, filters or chemicals. Please donate water plants from your own garden.
  • Pull apart and rebuild the herb spiral.
  • Remove shrub. Mulch.
  • Relocate plants.
  • General weeding.

Wear:  Dress comfortably according to the weather (closed shoes, hat, gloves and sunscreen)

Bring:  Tools (Chainsaw. Mulcher. Secateurs). Water plants for the pond.

And…   A little something for a shared morning tea!
