Carrot ‘Cosmic Purple’ has smooth, purple skin, orange inside; to 18cm. Fast growing. Sweet. Colour remains when cooked. Carrots are biennial but are usually grown as annuals for their edible roots. If you wish to collect seed, you will need an extra year to harvest it.
