Description

Cucumber ‘Kiwano’ is a climbing vine from southern and central Africa. It will need support. This vine will grow in most types of soil; it is tough and dependable in harsh conditions. The green, thorned fruit grows to 15cm long and matures to orange/yellow. The mature fruit is gelatinous, the taste is similar to a mixture of banana, lime and cucumber.
