Eggplant ‘Rotonda Bianca Sfumata di Rosa’, literally “round white fading to pink”, is an old Italian variety. Like all eggplants, the bush is frost-tender but heat hardy. The large, round fruit is white with pink shading. The white flesh has few seeds and is not bitter.
