Description

Honeywort (Cerinthe) is an annual plant to 60cm tall. It has waxy green leaves with paler spots. The unusual purple-blue flowers hang in clusters and attract beneficial insects. Honeywort is good for cut flowers. It is best to sow directly; if raising seedlings is necessary, transplant carefully; honeywort does not like root disturbance.
