Ixia is a greatly hybridised plant and these seeds are purely experimental. It is an herbaceous perennial to 60 cm with long, green, strappy leaves and flowers held above the leaves on long stems. Flowers are generally white, yellow, pink or nearly red. As the plants age, they form bulbs. It is possible that your seeds will not flower until the bulb has formed. Even then, flowering is not guaranteed.
