Description

King’s Salad, also known as Ulam Raja, Kenikir or Wild Cosmos, is a hardy annual, drought tolerant plant, growing 1 to 3 metres tall. It is very easy to grow and may self-seed. The leaves are crisp, juicy and mild. Eat raw or cooked. The flowers are also edible. Used medicinally in some Asian cultures.
