Leek ‘Autumn Giant’ is a fast-growing, aromatic vegetable. It has long thick stems, with little to no bulb. The stems can be fibrous but are softened when cooked in soups, stes or casseroles. Can be used raw if finely sliced. These leeks store for long periods in the fridge or freezer; alternatively, they can be left in the ground through winter. Keep well-watered while growing.
