Purple Mizuna is sometimes called ‘Japanese mustard’. Green-leafed, purple stemmed Asian mustard; mild but spicy. Can be used as baby leaves. Add to soups or stir-fry. Tolerant of wet and cold conditions. Attractive bushes can be planted in the ornamental garden.
