Pak Cho ‘Taipei Red’ is a fast growing Asian vegetable, with purplish-red leaves and green stems. Cool seasons give the best colour. Young leaves can be used in salads. Bolt-resistant: slower than other Asian vegetables to run to seed as the weather warms.
