Description

Californian Poppy is a hardy, sun-loving annual to 30cm. Colour ranges from intense brights to soft pastels. Californian poppies are tolerant of poor soils. This variety has single, open flowers. The flowers usually close at night or on grey days. This species self-seeds freely; please monitor so that it doesn’t escape from your garden. Remove seed heads if not collecting seed. If the goal is to collect seed, cover seed heads with a bag to stop them spreading.
