Description

Pumpkin ‘Jarrahdale’ is an heirloom from Western Australia. Medium sized fruit to 5kg. Grey, ribbed skinned; orange flesh. Small seed cavity. Easy to cut and peel. Stores well.
This variety of pumpkin will cross-pollinate with any other variety of Cucurbita maxima but not with pumpkins of the speices C. pepo or C. moschata. If you are collecting seeds and concerned about cross-pollination, please refer to the Latin name of squash, pumpkin and/or zucchini plants before growing.
