Description

Pumpkin ‘Red Kuri’ is a very popular Japanese variety. It is high yielding and long producing. The fruit, which can weigh up to 3kg, has orange skin and orange flesh with a sweet, nutty flavour.
This variety of pumpkin will cross-pollinate with any other variety of Cucurbita maxima but not with pumpkins of the species C. pepo or C. moschata.
