Radish ‘Cincinnati Market’ was introduced prior to 1870. The red-pink, long, thin roots average 12cm–15cm. The flesh is white, tender and crisp. The flavour is mild, earthy and slightly sweet. The leaves are edible; their taste is earthy with a peppery kick.
Radishes require consistent moisture to grow well.
