Squash ‘Pimply’ is an annual spreading vine. Unusual, pimply fruit has orange and green skin when ripe. The flesh is yellow and has a sweet flavour. Steam or bake. Stores well.
This variety of squash will cross-pollinate with any other variety of Cucurbita pepo which includes some squash, some zucchini and some pumpkins. If you are collecting seeds and concerned about cross-pollination, please refer to the Latin name of squash, pumpkin and/or zucchini plants before growing.
