Description
Squash ‘Spaghetti’ is a vigorous annual vine producing 30 cm long fruit, which is cooked so the flesh can be used as ‘spaghetti’. The flesh has mild flavour and slightly crisp texture. Summer squash generally have thin skins and are best eaten fresh, not stored long-term.
This variety of squash will cross-pollinate with any other variety of Cucurbita pepo which includes some squash, some zucchini and some pumpkins. If you are collecting seeds and concerned about cross-pollination, please refer to the Latin name of squash, pumpkin and/or zucchini plants before growing.
