Description

Creeping Thyme is a low-growing, dense plant with a creeping habit. Thyme is tolerant of poor soil and dry conditions, and may rot off in wet conditions – avoid wet soil. Use leaves, fresh or dried, as flavouring or in tea. Snip stems before flowering for best flavour. To dry leaves, hang stems upside-down in a paper bag to dry, then store in a dry, airtight container out of the light.
