Description
Turnip ‘Italian Cabbage’ is a Russian heirloom. Leaves can be used in stir-fry, stews, soups or as a side green. Roots can be stewed, pickled or added to pumpkin, sweet potato, or potato and mashed. Roots must be young, if used.
