Carrot ‘Black Nebula’ are a long, tapered, dark purple root. Flavour caramelises when cooked, while roots maintain their deep purple colour.All carrots are biennial but are usually grown as annuals for their edible roots. If you wish to collect seed, you will need an extra year to harvest it. Allow seeds to brown while still attached to plant.
