Wheat is grown for juicing, microgreens, as a cover crop, or for seed. For juicing or microgreens, seed can be sown as little as 1cm apart. For seed, harvest when seed and plant have turned golden. Sow 10 seeds and the yield will be 200–1,000 seeds in 3–8 months (depending on when sown, and growing conditions).
