Description

Bean ‘Black Valentine’ is an heirloom from 1870s. Bush variety to 45cm tall. Tolerant of cold soil. High yielding plants. Pink flowers produce long, round, green pods to 15cm. Mature seeds are black. All purpose bean: eat the pods when young or save seeds for later use as dried beans. Harvest often to keep plants producing.
