Broad Bean ‘Red Epicure’ is less well-known than Broad Bean ‘Aquadulce’ An annual growing to 1.8m with white flowers which produce pods 7cm long, encasing red beans. Creamy flavour. Steam, don’t boil. Slugs and snails love fresh young growth and will climb high to get it. Good idea to buy two packets.
