Carrot ‘Purple Dragon’ has purple skin, an orange inside with yellow core. Strong carrot flavour. Eat cooked or raw. Carrots are biennial but are usually grown as annuals for their edible roots. If you wish to collect seed, you will need an extra year to harvest it.
