Description

Eggplant ‘Ethiopian’, also known as “Nakati”, is a bush to 90cm. The small green fruit mature to red and become more bitter as they age. The fruit is best eaten green after soaking in salt water before cooking. Sometimes referred to as ‘tree pumpkins’.
