Beetroot ‘Early Wonder’ is a pre-1811 heirloom. It has a smooth, red, flattened root which can be used fresh or boiled, baked, or pickled. Leaves can also be used for greens, raw or cooked. Early maturing variety that matures in about 55 days. Soak seed before sowing.
