Fenugreek is an annual herb, growing to 60cm. Often grown as sprouts, it has a strong, spicy, curry-like flavour when freshly germinated, which becomes milder as leaves grow. Fenugreek can be grown in containers, or used as green manure/cover crop. This herb is traditionally used medicinally.
