Description

Radish ‘Japanese Daikon’ has long white roots which are sweet, crisp and mildly peppery. The roots can be steamed, stir-fried, or pickled. This variety is used in Japan for pickles and fermented in Korea to make kimchi.
Radishes require consistent moisture to grow well.
