Description

Zucchini ‘Tromboncino’ is an Italian heirloom, also known as Squash ‘Tromboncino’. Vigorous vine, to five metres. Can be grown vertically but needs support. In good conditions, this variety produces an abundant harvest. Pick as zucchinis while young and skins are soft. Curled mature fruits can reach 1 metre; use as squash or pumpkin.
Zucchini ‘Tromboncino’ can cross-pollinate with other Cucurbita moschata varieties (eg ‘Butternut’, ‘Jap’, ‘Musque de Provence’)
