Broccolini is not the same as baby broccoli! It has smaller heads and longer, thinner stems. Eat the heads, stalks, leaves and flowers. Slightly bitter, mustard-like flavour. Once sprouting pick often to encourage more side shoots. Also called ‘broccoletti’ or ‘rapini’
