Description
Eggplant ‘Thai White’ is a compact Asian variety that grows to about 1 metre tall and produces white, egg‑shaped fruit with a mild, slightly sweet flavour. The fruit are thin‑skinned, small to medium in size, and cook quickly without needing to be salted. Plants set fruit early in the season, are highly productive, and continue to produce over a long period.
Eggplants are usually self‑pollinating, but insects can move pollen between plants. To keep seed true, grow only one variety of eggplant at a time or separate varieties as much as possible. Allow fruit to fully mature and turn yellow before collecting seed.
