Radish ‘China Rose’ is an heirloom from 1850. The roots grow to 20cm long and 5cm wide. The skin is rose-coloured. The flesh is white. ‘China Rose’ has a strong, sharp flavour. It can be served raw or cooked. Leaves can be used in stir-fry or salads.
Radishes require consistent moisture to grow well.
