Radish ‘White Icicle’ has tapered, cylindrical white roots to 15cm with a mild, earthy, peppery flavour. The roots can be used raw or cooked. When cooked, the root softens and the flavour becomes sweeter. This radish variety does not toughen in the ground as it ages.
Radishes require consistent moisture to grow well.
