Description

Rocket ‘Round Lobed’ is an annual leaf vegetable with spicy, rounded leaves. The older the leaf, the more peppery the taste. It is a hardy plant which thrives in cooler months. If growing in summer, provide shade from the hot afternoon sun. The leaves are often mixed with other ‘greens’ to provide a mesclun salad mix; they can also be cooked in a similar way to ‘spinach’. This variety can be grown as sprouts or microgreens. Despite their small size, the leaves will still provide a ‘kick’.
